wireframes, juliana sícoli

Nath e Manu reviewing the wireframes presented today to our friend and client Juliana Sícoi. Another photographer who trusts our team to develop her website and on-line strategy. It was great to have Juliana visiting our studio one more time. She’s always fun!

alexandra freitas

This is my new friend, photographer. She came to the studio for a 9h private workshop. It was great meeting her. She has a unique eye for things, a great sense of composition and, now, a bag of tricks to apply (light, composition and post production). For the course, my other new friend, Marina, was the model. And what a model. She smashed! Thanks, Alexandra. Thanks, Marina.

tag cloud t-shirt

Our t-shirts are finally ready. After 47 thousand versions, we got the “cloud tag” with most of the words and ideas that come to our minds everyday. The pretty model in the photo is Nath.

our first workshop was spetacular

Six students joined the first digital workflow workshop, here, yesterday, at the studio. It was a very special day. The best quality people, absurdly interested in learning more about processing and retouching for professional photography.

The students were Alyson Luiz, who dreams about being a documentary war photographer, Daniel Lacerda, a veteran in concert works. He has already been to another of my courses. Great to see him again.

Marcus Mota and Toninho Mota are brothers. Maquinhos runs one of the fines design agencies around, Quartel Design, where he works mostly with clients from the music scene. Toninho seeks to venture in the wedding photography field.

Pedro Celso is in the moment of the first discoveries of his passion for photography and already shows a very peculiar look for the thing.

Ana Slika, a dear friend, who has some wonderful experimental work that gets cooler each day.

The workshop started early, 8am. Ended almost 7pm. At the studio, we shot the beautiful Luanda. She charmed everyone and made the whole learning process a lot easier. Thanks, Luanda.

The success of the workshop was possible due to the touch of three special girls. Priscila, who took care of Luanda’s hair and make-up. Flavinha, as usual, giving me the mos helpful hand at the studio and also doing some of these making of shots.

And, of course, Paulinha, who is the real boss of us all and made everything perfect. You have no idea of the coffee-break we had. I only missed champagne. Not to mentions the students material, that even included a chocolate bar. Thanks, Paulinha.

And a side note thanks to Manu, who called every 15 minutes to check if everything was running smoothly. Thanks, Manu.

The next workshop is most likely happening in April. Stay tuned. And if you want to take this workshop to your country, get in touch with us.

Buddy Fávio Seixas, from Camiseteria, found this really well done video with stats of the whole interweb. The piece was created by Jesse Thomas.
