Where are you based?
We are based in Paris and Madrid, but we frequently travel to shoot on-location for clients anywhere in the world.
Do you travel for photoshoots?
Yes, we are available to travel for photoshoots at any location desired by our clients. Travel costs will be added to the photoshoot package pricing.
How should I prepare for my Home Session?
For your in-home session, please have the areas you want photographed neat and decluttered. Select outfits that make you feel confident and comfortable.
Feel free to incorporate any sentimental items or special backdrops meaningful to you. We'll go over all the details during our initial call before your shoot.
What if my home doesn’t have a lot of natural light
No problem at all. We have professional lighting equipment to enhance any lighting situation. If needed, we can also discuss shooting at an alternate location during our consultation.
Can I bring a friend with me for the photoshoot
Absolutely, you're welcome to have one supportive friend or family member accompany you during the shoot to help you feel at ease. However, we ask that guests do not interfere with or distract from the session.
How do you ensure privacy during and after the session?
Your privacy is of utmost importance. All sessions are handled discreetly and professionally. Your photos remain completely private and will only be viewable by you. Specific privacy policies are outlined in the contract you'll receive prior to the session.
How/when will my photos be delivered?
Within one week after the session, you'll receive a gallery of watermarked low-res proofs to select your favorite images. Your final high-resolution edited photos will be delivered via digital download within one week of your image selection.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please contact us at least 10 days in advance.
Cancellations made more than 10 days in advance will receive a full refund, minus any payment processing fees. However, cancellations made less than 10 days before your session date will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee, with the remaining 70% of your payment refunded.
Do you offer gift certificates for Home Sessions
Yes, we offer gift certificates for all our Home Session packages. It’s a perfect gift for loved ones who cherish capturing special moments in their personal spaces.
